We strive to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Shipping Coverage We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India. Order Processing Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. During sales, festive seasons, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery: Time Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges:
FREE Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes.
A COD Handling Fee may apply. The applicable COD fee depends on the order value, delivery location, and logistics partner and will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Prepaid Orders:
Customers choosing prepaid payment methods are eligible for a 5% instant discount, wherever applicable.
The discount will be applied automatically during checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details through email or SMS, wherever applicable.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their service policy.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery or refuses to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address:Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

RealURBAN shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays:
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeline, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
